- Training Sessions and Coaching: If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. Refunds for missed sessions may not be granted without prior notice.
- Training Materials: If you receive damaged or defective materials, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
